PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 (FORMERLY E375 OF 2024)
By (1) Mary Adhiambo Aming, (2) Victor Ochieng Aming and (3) Charles Onyango Aming, all of P.O. Box 568- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister- in- law and grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ogolo Adoyo, who died on 18th June, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2025
By Hezron Randiak Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 2569- 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Odhiambo Ombe alias Morice Odhiambo Ombe, who died on 3rd October, 1977.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
