CAUSE NO. E412 OF 2024
By Adek Jacob Opany, of P.O. Box 437, Oyuqis in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Okech, who died at Konuong’a, on 21st February, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E419 OF 2025
By (1) George Ngala Awino and (2) Florence Purvin Atieno Awino, both of P.O. Box 3510-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Ajiwa Awino, who died at Matata Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Collins Oduor Okevo, of P.O. Box 255, Kadongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Otieno Okeyo alias James Otieno, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 1990.

By Mary Akelo Sewe, of P.O. Box 162, Kosele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Sewe Ouyu, who died at North Kachien, on 9th December, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
