PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025
By Orowchi Francis Nyangate, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orowchi Kianga alias Orouchi, who died on 22nd September, 1978.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By (1) Grace Oriano Okindo and (2) Priscah Maetoo Okindo, both of P.O. Box 994, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herbert Okindo Manyoni, who died at Nyabera Sub- location, on 5th February, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
