TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Grifina Ajuma, of P.O. Box 85, Amukura in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaloli Imoo, who died at Katelenyang Sub- location, on 5th May, 1975.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Linet Asegere Atyang, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Were alias John Anyara Iwere, who died at Teso District Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2015.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
