By Jane Njeri Mutahi, of P.O. Box 79, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter- in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Flola Wambui Macharia, who died at Mukurweini, on 8th June, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E135 OF 2025
By (1) Dominic Gitata Machira and (2) Leah Wanja Maina, both of P.O. Box 12, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter- in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machira Gitata Kabi, who died at Mukurweini, on 12th June, 1998.

By Daniel Kamau Mwangi, of P.O. Box 26- 10103, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gidion Mwangi Mbuthia alias Muraya s/o Mbuthia, who died at Ngamwa Sub- location, on 8th July, 1980.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
