TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2025
By Charles Kinyanjui Kibaki, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maikwe Gakii, who died at Kiameru, Kiiri, on 5th March, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2025
By Nancy Njeri Njuguna, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambura Njuguna, who died at Kariua, on 13th June, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
