PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By (1) John Chege Mbuthi and (2) Esther Gathoni Chege, both of P.O. Box 445, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cicilia Murugi Buthe, who died at Thaba, on 11th December, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Margaret Muthoni Kariuki, of P.O. Box 80- 20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Maina Githiri, who died at Lesirko, on 15th April, 2001.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
