TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2025
By Jane Njeri Kamau, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kamau Karanja, who died on 28th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E293 OF 2025
By (1) Joyce Waruguru Ngigi and (2) Ann Wairimu Ngigi, both of P.O. Box 352, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngigi Kimori, who died at Kiambu, on 16th January, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E299 OF 2025
By Lucy Wanjiru Gatiba, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Nganga Chege, who died at Gathirunni, Githunguri, on 14th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Mbugua Mwaura and (2) Joseph Nigge Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 1220- 00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mbugua Mwaura, who died at Githunguri, on 15th August, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
