CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Ruseta Aciengiri, of P.O. Box 10-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Mutabari Kalwigi, who died at Mbeu, on 8th August, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Esther Kinya Kanyithia, of P.O. Box 67-60206, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kanyithia Igweta alias Stephen Kanyithia, who died at Kianjai, on 5th October, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Lohman Mwingirwa Festus, of P.O. Box 119-60206, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Karimi Mikwa, who died at Kamaroo, on 19th January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
