By Patrick Njeru, of P.O. Box 95, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Utuku Mutua alias Utu Mutwa, who died at Ishiara Hospital in Kenya, on 14th April, 2007.

By Peter Gichoni Nyaga, of P.O. Box 50, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Muthure, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2007.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Patrick Njeru, of P.O. Box 84, Karurumo in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dancan Njagi Mbiti alias Njagi Mbiti, who died at Kasafari Sub-location, on 24th March, 2000.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
