PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Rose Akello Osigo and (2) Rosemary Nabawire Ouma, both of P.O. Box 64, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Sikhaha Osigo alias Emmanuel Sikhana, who died on 30th December, 2001.
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By (1) Joseph Stephen Nabawana and (2) Tonny Sanya Nabawana, both of P.O. Box 23- 50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nabawana Samwel, who died on 7th May, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Juliana Nabawire, of P.O. Box 201, Port Victoria in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rita Mugeni Odhiambo, who died on 23rd May, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By Rozinah Atieno Wabwire, both of P.O. Box 23- 50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kizito Bwire Ojanyi, who died on 15th February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
