CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By Isaac Donshow Wafula Washington, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Watika alias John Wakhonya alias John Watika, who died at Chesikaki, on 16th May, 1992.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By (1) Fanuel Wafula Mulumia and (2) Peter Wekesa Tongolo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jafeth Mulumia alias Mulumia Namino, who died at Bungoma District Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 1974.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By Launi Mohamed Abubakar, of P.O. Box 42429- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Habib Mohamed Habib Shathy, who died at Agah Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 26th December, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
