TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2025
By (1) Ruth Wambui Kiarie and (2) Emily Naomi Wangui Kiarie, both of P.O. Box 8315-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Newton Muriithi Gichuru, late of Nakuru, who died at Georgia, U.S.A., on 23rd October, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2026
By (1) Philip Tuikong Bii, (2) Edgar Kipkemoi Tuikong and (3) Baxton Kibet Bii, all of P.O. Box 919, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Twigona Bii alias Jackson Twigone Bii alias Tuigong Jackson A. Bii, late of Nakuru, who died at Mau Summit, on 24th May, 1995.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
