TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By Francis Eric Wasuna, of P.O. Box 1760-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Bethwell Allan Ogot, who died on 30th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Nilaben Ajitkumar Ashwin Derodra, of P.O. Box 1644-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Ajitkumar Ashwin Shamji Derodra alias Ajit Kumar Ashwin Derodra alias Ajitkumar Ashwin Derodra, who died on 25th July, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
