TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Hussein Mohamed Chege, of P.O. Box 26235-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Daniel Orengo & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salima Mohamed, late of Nairobi, who died there on 1st February, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2026
By (1) Lilian Alivitsa Thumari and (2) Anthony Thumari, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Robert Njuguna, late of Langata, who died at Nairobi South Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2020.

By Mary Anduuru, of P.O. Box 52784-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. S. O. Owino & Associates, advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loice Anyona Anduuru, late of Kamburu D, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 15th September, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2026
By (1) Patrick Muchira Mathagu and (2) Eric Mwai Muchira, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, through Messrs. Maina & Onsare Partners, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresa Muthoni Mwai Muchira, late of Kajiado, who died along Outer Ring Road, on 16th November, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
