Mutua & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gulbanu Rattansi Padamshi alias Gulbanu Rattansi alias Rattansi Gulbanu Gulamali Karim alias Gulbanu G. K. Rattansi alias Gulbanubai Nanjibai Padamshi, late of 48, Thetford Road, New Malden, Surrey, who died at Tolworth Hospital, Tolworth, on 6th February, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2026 (FORMERLY CAUSE NO. E668 OF 2025)
By (1) Defence Shambi Mwakirungu and (2) Margaret Njeghe Kidney, both of P.O. Box 1134-00521, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwakirungu Mwadime, late of Jericho, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd May, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
