TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E344 OF 2024
By Christopher Wasike Wanyama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Singila Wanyama Kabuchanga, who died at Bwake, on 20th August, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2025
By Leah Adhiambo Obare, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Apondi Ng’ang’a, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2026
By Patrick Lugatsi Kikaya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mukaya Kikaya, who died at Musikoma Village, on 9th November, 1986.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
