TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By Moses Sifuna Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wafula Misiko alias Liporio Wafula Misiko, who died at Manamuka Village, on 4th March, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2026
By Yasmini Mwanamis Mumbi Isa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amina Nyambura Mwangi, who died on 8th December, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2026
By Godfrey Kwemoi Chesebe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngeiywo Kiboi alias Ngeiyo Kiboi, who died at Bungoma, on 20th June, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
