TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2020
By Anna Auma Namude, of P.O. Box 235, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Namude Wandera, who died at Bukiri Sub-location, on 5th May, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E364 OF 2024
By Paul Ouma Opiyo, of P.O. Box 271, Nambale in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Opiyo Omonyo, who died at Nakhakina Sub-location, on 21st April, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2026
By Christina Nakutu Onyango, of P.O. Box 14, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Namenya Wafula, who died on 4th May, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2026
By Richard Ikedi Atunu, of P.O. Box 179, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sebastian Atunu Kedi, who died at Obucuun Sub-location, on 5th May, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
