TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2026
By Rosemary Atieno Oloo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Oluoch alias Okido Andrea Oluoch alias Oluoch Okido, who died at Bujumba, on 2nd February, 1973.
CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2026
By (1) Akuku Caroline and (2) Shannon Aoko Juma, the deceased’s widow and Daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogoti Alexander Oriembu alias Ogoti Alexander Oriembu alias Alexander Oriembu Ogoti alias Alexander Ogoti Oriembu, who died at Elukhari Location, on 30th June, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
