TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2025
By Aloice Munyao Mwanza of P.O. Box 86402-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaluki Nzioka, who died at District Hospital, Embu in Kenya on 20th September, 1981.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By Jiwe Wale Jiwe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wale Jiwe Kadilo, who died at Mgumo Patsa, Kaloleni, on 17th April, 1985.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By (1) Lalhatun Mohamed Sawjani, (2) Salma M. Hakir Mohamed and (3) Mahnaz Musa Fakir Mohamed, all of P.O. Box 82791-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Salhan Abdurahim Rahemtulla, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2026.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
