TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E521 OF 2025
By (1) Regina Wamboi Ngare and (2) Joshua Isaac Kagicha Njoroge, through Messrs. Rukungu Wangare, advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willy Njoroge Kagicha, late of Buru Buru, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2026
By Elizabeth Njeri Mumira, of P.O. Box 7448-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. J. K. Muchae & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bedan Mumira Kamau alias B. Mumira Kamau, late of Nairobi, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
