TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024
By (1) Andrew Kibiego Mworor, (2) Elizabeth Chepketter Mworor and (3) Christina Cheptumo Morur, all of P.O. Box 230, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Kapon Chepsigis alias Grace Cheptoo, who died at Talau Sub-location, on 20th August, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Anna Cheptoo James, (2) James Riwongole and (3) Abraham Lorema, all of P.O. Box 333- 302600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lorema Kamakirech, who died at Mnagei, Psigirio Location, West Pokot, on 3rd May, 2004.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
