TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2025
By (1) Kim Karisa Marabu and (2) Victor Kahindi Samuel, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Charo Marabu, who died on 25th June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025
By Javan Lewa Muye, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Lewa Muye, who died on 29th September, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
