TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2024
By (1) Charles Kimiri Karanja and (2) Ngigi Karanja, both of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karanja Ndura, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 18th March, 1996.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2026
By Tabitha Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1827- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Mwangi Ngingo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
