TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E101 OF 2025
By (1) David Wambugu Ngatia and (2) Peter Kamau, both of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Nyagacu Ndumia, who died at N.C.T.R.H., on 18th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By Esther Wangari Mwangi, of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kimani Macharia, who died at Kenyatta University of Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2026
By (1) Rachel Nyokabi Waithaka and (2) Veronica Wambui Wanjiru, both of P.O. Box 616- 20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronika Wangui Mwangi, who died at Kabati, on 29th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By Peter Kinyanjui Mburu, of P.O. Box 628, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mburu Maina, who died at Muthengera, on 15th April, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
