TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2025
By Margaret Wanjiru Isaac, of P.O. Box 20, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kamau Gathecha, who died at Munanda Sublocation, on 7th May, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E445 OF 2025
By Peter Muchoni Gachoka, of P.O. Box 505, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gachoka Mungai, who died at Rugongo, on 9th December, 2024.

By Mary Wambui Giobe, of P.O. Box 2835- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s aunt, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tony Gikonyo Manjari, who died on 25th August, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
