CAUSE NO. E590 OF 2025
By Teresia Wangui Ngigi, of P.O. Box 13857- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Ngugi Karajia, who died on 20th November, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Sofia Chelangat Mosonik and (2) Michael Kipkoech Keter, both of P.O. Box 10250- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Keter Mosonik, who died at Nakuru Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2026
By Mary Wambui Karanja, of P.O. Box 421- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Waithira Karanja alias Lucy Waithiru Karanja, who died at Pwani Sub-location, on 13th October, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2026
By (1) Ann Cherotich Serem and (2) Eugene Kipkoech, both of P.O. Box 487- 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang Serem, who died at Chemalal Sub-location, on 15th May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
