TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025
By Judith Cheptoo Lagat, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Tanchu Sinkeet, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 9th October, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2026
By (1) Sharon Kalunde Wambua and (2) Janet Ndugne Kimeu, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Mutua Wambua, who died at Kitengela, on 30th March, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
