TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2024
By Simon Njoroge Paul, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelly Wanjiru Njoroge, who died at Trinity Care Centre, on 27th August, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Senteu Pelo Nkiisha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pello ole Rompasi, who died on 24th February, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By (1) Emmanuel Taiko and (2) Benard Taiko, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Taiko John, who died at Namanga Sub-location, on 24th February, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
