IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KITALE
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By (1) Allan Njau Muchai and (2) David Githinji Mwihaki, both of P.O. Box 48- 00129, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muchai Mbichi alias Muchai Mbichi “A”, who died at Magina Sub-location, on 11th July, 1994.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
