TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By Jane Jerono Sang, of P.O. Box 69, Kaptagat in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplimo Tarus, who died at Kapsundie, on 21st May, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Georgina Chepkoech Rono, of P.O. Box 3480- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gillian Chepkorir Rono, who died on 24th April, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2026
By Michael Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 7623- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florah Mukulu Ngumbao, who died at Elgonview, on 27th May, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
