TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E475 OF 2025
By (1) Rudiah Gechemba Simba and (2) Benson Nyachae Simba, both of P.O. Box 590- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abraham Ondieki Simba, who died on 31st January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E481 OF 2025
By Collins Rioba Omanda, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isanda Aranda alias Isanda Okero, who died at Hema Hospital in Kenya, on 4th October, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Joseph Ongeri Onderi, of P.O. Box 59- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onderi Omosa, who died at Nyamware Sub-location, on 21st April, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
