TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E452 OF 2025
By (1) Beatrice Mosinya Ongera and (2) Julius Maina Onkoba, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Momanyi, who died on 24th November, 2014.
CAUSE NO. E484 OF 2025
By Peter Momanyi Atandi, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Atandi Momanyi, who died at Itibo, Iranda, on 13th April, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E487 OF 2025
By (1) Samwel Osoro Machora and (2) Stephen Kingonia Machora, both of P.O. Box 229- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Moige Onsongo, who died at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 5th December, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E498 OF 2025
By Bonifas Motonu Marando, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marando Orenge, who died at Bomokora, on 2nd May, 1989.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
