By (1) William Wanjai Josiah, (2) Andrew Josiah Chola and (3) Josiah Chola Kasenge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Mwamunga Chola alias Josiah Mwamunga Mwadilo alias Josiah Chola Mwamunga, who died at Kishamba, on 10th August, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025
By Paul Mwanjahgi Kasenge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Othniel Kasenge Mwamunga alias Othniel Kasenge, who died at Kaloleni Sub-location, on 11th February, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025
By Christine Wambugha Mwachari, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gershom Mwachari Reuben, who died at Kerarapon, on 1st February, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
