TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2025
By Kadzo Iha Mitsanze, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadii Iha Mitsanze, who died on 20th October, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2026
By (1) James Furaha Maitha Mweni and (2) Henry Kadegne Maitha, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mweni Maita Baruti, who died on 13th July, 1993.
CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2026
By Luigi Paganini, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvia Vera Paganini, who died on 27th December, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By (1) Timothy Andrew Thoya and (2) Kahaso Thoya Mramba, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumbao Mramba Thoya, who died on 4th April, 2012.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Nancy Wanjiku Muikia, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jan Peter Vaessen, who died on 14th December, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
