By (1) David Njung’e Mwangi and (2) Anna Wanjiku Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mwangi Njung’e alias Samuel Mwangi Njung’e, who died at Kagwe, on 2nd July, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E254 OF 2025
By Joseph Ndungu Kamau, of P.O. Box 71- 00221, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Wangui Kamau, who died at Kinale Sub-location, on 28th September, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
