TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2024
By Lilian Wanjiku Mbugua, of P.O. Box 48, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Mbugua Ruo, who died at Engineer Hospital in Kenya, on 29th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2025
By (1) David Gitau Kamau and (2) Ruth Gathoni Kamau, both of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Kamau Gathengi alias Jeremiah Kamau Gethengi, who died at Kirima, on 4th October, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2025
By (1) Stephen Ndungi Gachuhi, (2) Gachuhi Samuel Mbugua and (3) Gachuhi Julius Kariuki, all of P.O. Box 9, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Wambui Gachuhi, who died at Gitei, on 23rd September, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
