TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2026
By Antony Mwangi Njuru, of P.O. Box 32, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Njoki Irungu, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2026
By Maina Kagara Mugendo, of P.O. Box 39, Gitugi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthendu Ireri, who died at Gitugi in 1965.
CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2026
By Justine Maina Gitaiaba Gitachu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isabella Njoki alias Isabella Njoki John Gitachu, who died at Kiu, on 27th August, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By (1) Edward Maru Ngirita and (2) Cecilia Wambui Gichengco, both of P.O. Box 260, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robinson Ngirita Ritho alias Ngirita Ritho, who died at Muriranja Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 1993.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
