PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2025
By (1) Hezron Wainaina Muthemba and (2) Samuel Muthemba Chege, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rudiah Wanjeri Muthemba alias Rudiah Wanjeri, who died on 10th April, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Wilson Njoroge Gakuya, of P.O. Box 251- 01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Wangari Gakuya, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 25th December, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
