By Patrick Kinoti Mugambi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florah Muthoni Kinoti, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By Bridget Muthoni Stephen, of P.O. Box 2- 60205, Kionyo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen M’Itonga M’Mugambi, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 27th October, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By Kennedy Maingi Mutwiri, of P.O. Box 703- 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary M. Mutwiri, who died at Taita, on 6th April, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2026
By Patrick Gituma Mberia, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nchoori M’Rimberia alias Joyce Nchori Shadrack Famile, who died at Nkurunga, on 15th November, 2010.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
