TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025
By Lucy Kageno Nkanata, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydia Mpinda Nkanata, who died at Kiirua Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2025
By Muriuki Rukaaria, of P.O. Box 587- 60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rukaria Murithi, who died at Mbicia Village, on 16th February, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2025
By Aileen Mwari Murungi, of P.O. Box 37, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baruga Mukuthuria alias M’Baruga Mukuthuria, who died at Meru, on 8th May, 1987.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
