By Grace Achola Onduto, of P.O. Box 1-40101, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jectone Oyoo Josongo alias Jecton Ayoo Josong, who died at Katolo, on 12th August, 1994.

By Agnes Auma Mbayi, of P.O. Box 532, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Olweny Ondiek, who died at Kochogo N., on 26th April, 2012.

By James Otieno Amumi, of P.O. Box 155, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Juma Amumi alias Juma Amumbi, who died at Agoro East, on 8th August, 1992.

By Raphael Omwa Miyare, of P.O. Box 106, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Ouko Miyare, who died at Nyakongo, on 20th December, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
