TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025
By (1) Benter Achieng Omollo, (2) Phoebe Adhiambo Orwa. (3) Gordon Onyango Ogony and (4) Mark Ajwang Nyabande, the deceased’s daughters, grandson and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gaudensia Akelo Nyabande alias Gaudensia Akelo, who died on 14th March, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025
By (1) Joel Omino Yoga and (2) Nicholas Henry Okoth Yoga, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuanita Auma Yoga, who died on 22nd August, 2021.

By Enos Adino Ochieng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julias Huma Onyango alias Julias Huma, who died on 10th February, 1994.

By Elly Otieno Ngeta, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngeta Majare alias Nicholas Ngare Majare, who died on 8th February, 2012.

By Michael Oriwa Ojwando, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornel Ochok Owachi alias Kornel Oricho Okwach, who died on 9th April, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By Grace Abongo Origa, the deceased’s co-widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loice Okila Origa alias Loice Okila, who died on 6th December, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
