CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2026
By Peter Charles Oduor Mulor, of P.O. Box 16, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christiano Mulor Opondo, who died at East Ugenya Location, on 29th December, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By Millicent Atieno Ouygi, of P.O. Box 4-40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omire Oduol Mududa alias Omire Oduol, who died at Rangala, on 20th March, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2026
By Ester Oronje Inguyes, of P.O. Box 59-50125, Musanda in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Otanya Muhonjia, who died at Uhuyi, on 19th September, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
