CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2025
By Jane Wanjiru Wando, of P.O. Box 21686- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wando Kamau, who died at AAR Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2025.

By (1) Margaret Wanjiru Ndegwa, (2) Florence Wangui Ndegwa and (3) Joseph Mwangi Wariu, all of P.O. Box 457, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndegwa Mugirimbo alias George Ndegwa Migirimbo alias Ndegwa Mutirimbo, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 2000.

By Esther Wambui Ngata, of P.O. Box 17980- 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngata Kimani alias Ngata Kimani, who died at Githunguri, on 26th May, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
