PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Mwita Magere Mwita and (2) Samson Robi Magere, both of P.O. Box 82, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magere Mwita Sabureri, who died on 30th July, 1986.
CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026
By Joseph Mogosi Motari, of P.O. Box 82, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Motari Soko, who died on 1st June, 1998.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
