TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2026
By Mercy Awino Omollo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Auma Memba, who died on 31st July, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2026
By Judith Anyango Juma Abolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Juma Abolo, who died on 26th August, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
