TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Jemimah Atieno Ojulu, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Agutu Abur alias Agutu w/o Muharo, who died at Rangala Sub-location, on 5th August, 1988.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By Peter Ochieng Malele, of P.O. Box 64- 40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Malele Ochieng alias Malele Ochieng, who died at South Rambula, on 29th December, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
