TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025
By (1) Elisha Kipruto Keitany, (2) Jackson Kigen Keitany and (3) Fred Kimosop Keitany, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Chepkaitany Kiptoben alias Stephen Chepkaitany Kiptoben alias Stephen C. Kiptoben alias Stephen Kiptoben alias Stephen Kitohen alias Stephen Keitany, who died on 11th October, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
